昨日、商品が2個届きましたが、元箱がついていませんでした。私はこの商品を日本で販売する為、元箱が必要なので、送ってもらえませんでしょうか？
無ければ説明と違うので、1個につき15ドルの返金をpaypalを通して要求します。
あと1個も同じように元箱が無ければ、3個で45ドルの返金を要求します。

Yesterday I received 2 items, but without the original boxes. I need the original boxes so that I can sell these items in Japan, so kindly please send me the original boxes.
If you do not have the original boxes, it means that your description was not correct. In this case, I will claim you to refund me $15 for each item ($30 for 2 items) via Paypal.
If the remaining one item also does not come with the original box, I will claim you to refund me total $45 for three items.
