前回のメールでは「我々のフォワーダーからのレスポンスが悪くて状況が確認できない」と書きましたが、実は我々のフォワーダーと言っても、貴社から当社までの間には日米いくつかの業者が間に入っており、途中どこかのレスポンスが悪かったりすると、我々まで情報が来なかったり、場合によっては誤った情報が届くこともあります。今後は、米国内輸送について、そちらからも状況確認やピックアップの催促などを密にして頂けるととても助かります。
