原因は、弊社スタッフによる単純な記載ミスだと思われます。

あなたとは、メールで何度もやりとりし、大変身近に感じていたお客様だっただけに、
本当に情けなく、申し訳ない気持ちでいっぱいです。

すぐにでも、新しい商品をお送りしたいところなのですが、あいにく、在庫を切らしており、
メーカーに問い合わせたところ、納期の返答がまだ来ていない状態です。
