あなたに送るはずの商品を、違う方の元へ郵送してしまったようです。
本日、その方から、「頼んでいない商品が届いた。」と連絡があり、発覚しました。
原因は、弊社スタッフによる単純な記載ミスだと思われます。
あなたとは、メールで何度もやりとりし、大変身近に感じていたお客様だっただけに、
本当に情けなく、申し訳ない気持ちでいっぱいです。
すぐにでも、新しい商品をお送りしたいところなのですが、あいにく、在庫を切らしており、
メーカーに問い合わせたところ、納期の返答がまだ来ていない状態です。
It seems that we sent the product that was supposed to be sent to you to another customer.
We found out today because a customer contacted us saying that he received a product that he did not order.
