As what I could read online, the item has been shipped out on Jan 17, however I could not still track where it is. Besides, if the item arrive on March 12 as you said online, it could be too late for me to give my parents as birthday gifts. I thus writing to check for sure, (1) where my item is, and (2) could I get it before Jan 30? I think two weeks should be enough for a good shop to get this done. Thanks.

ウェブ上で追跡確認したところ、商品は1月17日に発送されているようですが、今どこにあるのかがいまだ確認できません。
また、あなたがおっしゃるように商品が3月12日に到着するのだとしたら、私の両親へバースデーギフトとして渡すには間に合いません。ですので、①私の商品は今どこにあるのか、②1月30日までに受け取ることができるのか、いま一度確認してもらえますか。対応の良いショップでしたら2週間もあればうまく手配してもらえるのではと思っています。ではよろしくお願いします。
