まず、ご期待のパッケージングで商品を提供できないことをたいへん残念に思います。なぜなら、この製品は、日本では1箱に10本入のケースで納入されます。ただし、この箱は販売用の箱ではなくメーカーが出荷する際の箱となります。つまり、この製品は日本では個別包装が行われていないのです。よって当社では、商品をキズ等から守るために納品の際にビニール袋に1本ずつ包装しています。
このご注文については、全額返金をさせていただいています。よって、3点を無償で発送することはできません。

First of all, I am really sorry that I cannot provide you this product with the packaging that you want. This product is sold in boxes of 10 in Japan. But, this box is not a box that we put it in before selling it, but this is how it is provided directly from the maker. To make it short, this product is not sold in individual packages in Japan. That's why our company packs them one by one in plastic bags to protect them from getting damaged.
