まず、ご期待のパッケージングで商品を提供できないことをたいへん残念に思います。なぜなら、この製品は、日本では1箱に10本入のケースで納入されます。ただし、この箱は販売用の箱ではなくメーカーが出荷する際の箱となります。つまり、この製品は日本では個別包装が行われていないのです。よって当社では、商品をキズ等から守るために納品の際にビニール袋に1本ずつ包装しています。
このご注文については、全額返金をさせていただいています。よって、3点を無償で発送することはできません。

First, we feel very sorry that we cannot provide an item by using a package that you expect.
The reason is that 10 pieces of this item are put into a box and delivered in Japan.
However, this box is not the one for sale but the one used when a manufacturer ships the items.
In other words, this item is not packaged by each piece in Japan.
For this reason, we package each piece by vinyl bag to protect from the damage when we deliver them to customers.
We refunded in full for this order, and thereby we cannot send the 3 pieces at free of charge.
