The postman has just dropped off the Titanium DX Stove and unfortunately it is even worse than the first one, the box shows no visible signs of damage, but its certainly not strong enough to stop any damage occurring. Looking at the item I would say this is a seconds, it certainly doesn't look like it was checked beforehand.
Can I suggest before you send a replacement that it is checked beforehand by taking out of the box, and then packaging in more than a jiffy bag so to prevent any damage in transport.

secondsは中古品ではないでしょうか？中古品みたいに見えるよ、という商品状態に対する(若干皮肉がこもった）文句かと解釈しました。
大意には影響ないですが。
