「フレームをなぜすすめてくれなかったのでしょうか」　→　「すすめる」に相当する単語は見当たらないと思うのですが・・・
「すでに違うタイプと長さの」　→　stillを「すでに」と訳されているのでしょうか？
「個別配送をお願いできますか？」　→　発送をするのは書き手側だと思います。
