The watched was damaged when I got it, its just that I didn't notice the damage until I ran the chronograph a couple of days later.

I would be happy to fill out the a claim at the post office but when I went there they said they had no form japan post will have to mail me one, and I have not received anything in the mail. If you can have them send me a claim form I would be happy to fill it out. Conversely I can also write up a short email going over the issue, if you want to share that with Japan post.

実は、腕時計が私の手元に届いた時点では既に壊れていたようだが、その数日後にクロノグラフを試すまで、その事実が解らなかった。

郵便局からクレーム用紙を送ろうと思ったんですが、実際に行ってみたらそのような用紙がなく、郵便局から送られてくると言われた。しかし、まだ何も郵送で送られてこない。もし故障対応用の申込書があれば、送っていただければ記入しますが、如何でしょうか。また、もし日本郵便に見せて説明する必要があるのであれば、問題を説明する簡単なメール文を書いて送っても構わないので、その場合はご教示ください。
