そんな中で我々が実施している英語トレーニング施策の一つが「セブ送り」です。2013年12月から、GIPが独自の基準で厳選した社員をセブ島の英会話学校に4週間ずつ送り込んでいます。記念すべき第一号はGIPコアメンバーでもある開発部長の箕浦賢一で、これまでに7名が派遣されています。

2014年4月からは、この学校のサービスも含めた2社のSkype英会話の受講費用を社費負担としており、90%以上の社員がこれを利用して、日々学習しています。私もほぼ毎日レッスンを受講しています！

In the circumstances, one of our measures to improve English skills is so called "Sent to Cebu". We started to send the staff selected according to the GIP's own standard to an English conversation school in Cebu for 4 weeks in December 2013.
The first member of this project was Mr. Kenichi Minoura who is the director of development department and also key member of GIP. Since the start, 7 people have been sent.
From April 2014 on, we offer free English conversation lessons with Skype provided by 2 English conversation schools including the one of Cebu to our staff. Over 90% of our staff takes part in the lessons. I also take the lesson almost every day!
