Hi when I bought this item it indicated that it would arrive in 3-5 days but the delivery note now says the arrival window is up to 3 January this is really not helpful as the pen is a birthday present for my mother and I need it by next Saturday please can you fix this and ensure the pen arrives in time?

こんにちは。この商品を注文する際に、3-5日内に届くと明記されておりましたが、配送状況を確認したら到着予定日が１月３日になってました。今回購入したペンは母の誕生日プレゼントで買ったものなので、来週の土曜日まで届かないと本当に困ります。もう一度状況を確認して、なんとか来週の土曜日までには確実に届くように調整して頂けませんか。
