不良品についてこちらから連絡し、
仕入先から回答がきました。
その仕入先からの回答に対する当社の回答と見解です。

材料の違いが有る問題につきましては、1パック単位で違う場合は問題ありません。
しかし、1パックの中で材料が違う場合に問題になります。
また、ロット単位で材料に違いがある場合には事前にお教えいただけますと幸いです。

修正できる範囲の縫い目の曲がりであれば、こちらで修正して販売しております。
しかし曲がりに合わせてカットする事でベルトの部分の形が歪んでしまい、
外見上に悪影響を及ぼすと判断した場合は修正する事ができません。

Regarding the problem of the variety of the materials/tools, it does not matter if they are vary by the unit.
However, it is a problem if the materials/tools are different in one pack.
And it would be appreciated if you could notify us in advance of the differences of the materials/tools by lot.

We have been fixed and sold them when we could fix the curve of the seam within the correction range.
However we are not able to fix them when we determine that the corrections would affect on the appearances, such as cutting the belt along the curve, which will make it to be distorted in the shape.
