不良品についてこちらから連絡し、
仕入先から回答がきました。

材料の違いが有る問題につきましては、1パック単位で違う場合は問題ありません。
しかし、1パックの中で材料が違う場合に問題になります。
また、ロット単位で材料に違いがある場合には事前にお教えいただけますと幸いです。

修正できる範囲の縫い目の曲がりであれば、こちらで修正して販売しております。
しかし曲がりに合わせてカットする事でベルトの部分の形が歪んでしまい、
外見上に悪影響を及ぼすと判断した場合は修正する事ができません。

About the problems with difference of materials, it is no problem that there is difference by 1 pack unit.
However, it becomes the problem that the materials are different in the same one pack.
Also, it would be very appreciated that you could tell me in advance if the materials are different by lot unit.

If the bending/curve of the seam is in the range that we can fix, we will fix and sell it.
However together with the bending/curve, the belt part's shape will becomes warped,
which makes it impossible to fix when there is an adverse effect on the appearance.
