仕入先から回答がきました。

当社の回答は御社からの回答の下にそれぞれ記載しました。
また、この回答は製品検査の責任者からの見解です。

製品のほつれ（the frayed thread）については、縫い糸のほつれではなく、
生地から出ているほつれですので、切ったとしても生地の傷みは残ります。


了解いたしました。糸を切って補正いたします。
しかし、縫い目が1本ではなく2重になっていたり曲がっているところもありますので、今後の改善をご検討お願い致します。

The frayed thread of product is not from sewing thread, but from cloth, therefore the cloth will remain damaged even if we cut it.

I understood/I see. We will fix it by cutting the thread.
However, the seam will becomes two instead of one, so it will becomes bending too, we kindly ask for your consideration about how to improve it in the future.
