昨日は私のAcceptanceの遅れに関してご連絡くださりありがとうございます。
添付にて居住契約書を送りますのでご確認ください。

また、入居日についてですが、居住契約書にも記載した通り、2015 年2月21日にIHに到着予定です。
ここで一つ質問なのですが、本日以降入居日の変更は可能でしょうか。
入居日を早めようか少し迷っております。本日以降の入居日変更が不可能であれば、offerの承認が遅れてしまったこともあるので、2015 年2月21日到着で確定します。

Please find the attached residence contract.

Regarding the date of occupancy, I am scheduled to arrive in IH
on February 21, 2015 as informed by that contract.
I have a question, is it possible to change the date of occupancy after today.
It is still difficult to decide earlier date. if possible, since the approval of offer is delayed,
I would like to fix the schedule for arrival on February 21, 2015.

「It is still difficult to decide earlier date.」→原文とはだいぶ違う意味になっているようです。
その後が「if possible」となっていますが、原文は「不可能であれば」ですから、まったく逆の意味ですね。
