paypalから下記のメールが届きました。
「お客さまが、クレジットカード発行会社にチャージバックを申請しました。お客さまはこの買い物を承認しなかったと主張しています。」

購入していただいたのは3ヶ月以上も前のことで、このお取引は完了していると思っておりましたので、私どもとしては非常に困惑しています。
