商品が届きました。
商品の確認しましたが、”ラウドネス”がおかしいです。
可変型ラウドネスですのでFLATからMAXに上げてくと低音が大きくなり、逆に高音が小さくなります。
また全体の音量はMAXにすると下がるのです。
しかしこのC26は逆でFLAT時に低音がものすごく効いていて、MAXにすると音量が上がっていきます。
ラウドネスは不良と判断いたしました。
perfect operationではないです。
修理しますので150$修理代ご返金いただけますでしょうか？

We received the product.
We have just checked it but there's something wrong with "Loudness". Since it is variable loudness, bass should be louder and treble should be lower when we adjust it from FLAT to MAX. In addition, the total volume should be lower when you set it to MAX.
However, the C26 acts the other way round. When we set it to FLAT, bass is quite boomy and the total volume becomes louder when we set it to MAX. We conclude that the loudness function is defective. It's not operating perfectly.
We will be repairing the function and need a refund of $150 as a repair fee. We are waiting for your reply.
