 If the returned item has been used and shows signs of wear, it may be
refused or a restocking fee of up to 25% may be assessed.
 We do not give refunds for the following items (these items may only be
exchanged for the same product if defective): earbuds, earplugs,
headphones, headsets, cleaners, polishes, polishing cloths, cleaning kits, pegs,
bows, bridges, shoulder rests, guitar picks.

Damages, Loss and Delays
 We shall not be responsible for shortage, delays and/or item arriving in
damaged condition that is beyond our control.
 It is your responsibility to inspect item upon delivery and report any
shortages and/or damages to us within 24 hours of delivery.

配達での商品の検品、遅延、欠乏、傷に関してはお客様の責任となりの責任であり配達されてから24時間以内にこちらまでレポートする必要があります。
