また英語での会話ができないので、電話はできません。

UPSの最寄りの営業所は私の自宅の近くにはありませんので、すぐに行くことができません。

手続き方法はよくわかりませんが、返送先住所は確認できましたので
EMSにて返送してもよろしいですか？

I am very sorry, but I cannot understand if the English is too long.

Plus, I cannot converse in English so I cannot talk over the phone.

There are no UPS offices near my home so I cannot go there immediately.
