また英語での会話ができないので、電話はできません。

UPSの最寄りの営業所は私の自宅の近くにはありませんので、すぐに行くことができません。

手続き方法はよくわかりませんが、返送先住所は確認できましたので
EMSにて返送してもよろしいですか？
送料は私が負担します。
