うきそい人は新郎を新郎に引き渡してください。

女:お前は相変わらず元気だな。主に下見解が。
男:ホメるなよぉ。
What? It fell? The caliber broke? Fool! Don't give up! Ok? One of the European makers are here right? Just go to the Works. The size of the installation hole should be the same.

I can't just shut up and listen anymore! Don't say old bitch or shit! It's so annoying. Women become graceful as they age, don't you think?

Man: Don't compliment me, come on.
うきそい人 must be a typo of 付添人 and it doesn't mean the best man. In Japan, we don't have a best man. Usually the father of a bride escorts her on the aisle of the ceremony and he is called 付添人(つきそいにん).
黙って聞いていれば! doesn't mean "Just shut up and listen! " It means the person who said that was shutting up and listening, but can't do so anymore. In this case, the person can't stand being quiet and listening anymore because somebody said 糞婆 "shitty old bitch" and it annoyed him/her.
下見解 is not a correct Japanese and confusing, but I think this is a bed talk. When you come across a kanji "下", you may want to consider wether it's used for sexual meaning, especially in a casual dialog like this.
Thanks for the useful feedback!
