このtransactionは一度成立した。私は支払いを終え、アイテムを受け取った。しかし、届いたアイテムはセラーの記述と異なる酷いコンディションだった。このため、私はセラーへ連絡し、返品と返金を要求した。セラーは了承したため、私はアイテムを返送した。その後アイテムはセラーへ届いたが、セラーは未だに私へ返金をしていない。セラーはアイテムと私のカネの両方を手に入れたままだ。セラーは返金しないのなら、アイテムを再度私へ送らねばならない。

This transaction has been once deemed. I have payed and received the product. However, I received an item with awful condition, which was not mentioned from the seller. I contacted the seller and returned the item, and expected to be paid back. Even though the seller received the item, I have not yet been refund. The seller has both the item and my paid money. If the seller will not pay me back, the item should be sent back to me.

I contacted him to request a return and refund, which he accepted. Therefore, I returned the item, and it reached to him. But he still hasn't refunded to me. This means he has both the item and my money on his side. If he is not paying it back to me, the item should be sent back to me.
