この注文のPick Ticketには、我々が注文したものと異なる商品が記載されています。
Pick Ticketは添付したので、この2行目と3行目を見て下さい。
マイ・アカウントにログインして見られるOrder No116912の2行目3行目と異なります。
Pick Ticketの3行目に記載されている商品は受け取りました。
2行目の商品は受け取っていません。
とりあえず、注文したのに送られてきていない商品を送ってくれませんか？

Those recitations are different from the second and third lines of Order No. 116912 that is seen when we log in my account.

ナイスワークだと思います。一点、辞書でご確認いただきたいのはgoodsという単語なのですが、複数形で常に使われます。単数では「商品」という意味を成さないので、使いこなすのが難しいようであればitem やmerchandiseなどの普通に単数形、複数形が併用可能なものを代用すると良いと思います。
