Thank you so much for your prompt response, I am a little confuse with your e-mail. I think the cheapest solution for this matter is for some type of price reduction; therefore, we do not have to deal with the hassle shipping the product back and forth; also it can eliminate the expensive shipping cost . I still want the figure; unfortunately, I am extremely disappointed with the condition, and it really affect the value of the figure - I am a Saint Seiya collector, and it is sadden to add this worst condition item into my collection. Please advise me with your comments at your earliest convenience
