I called the number you told me. However, I was told that they cannot issue an invoice since there is no sales history under my name on (A). There is no other way to issue an invoice but you do.
I find it difficult to understand why you do not cope with me when it can be issued by using (B).
Since I don't have your contacts, there is nothing I can do. If you will not issue the invoice, I refuse to pay for (B).
Please be mind that I cannot return the product if you do not contact me because I don't know where to return it.
