私は昨日御社に電話し、オペーレータの方にも書類を確認してもらい、
問題ないとのことでしたが、未だ発送されていないことに疑問を感じています。
すぐ対応するとのことでしたが、何も連絡がありません。
発送指示を提出してから1週間たちます。
いったい、いつになったら発送できるのですか？
もう待たされるのは限界です。昨日の電話の内容通りに今日、直ちに発送してください。



転送会社に要求されています。
これがないと日本に発送できません。
EINコードも必要です。
頂けない場合は最悪、返品しなければいけません

I called your company and confirmed with the operator that there is no problem regarding papers. However it still has not been shipped and I am wondering why. Although He/she said she would take care of it as soon as possible I have not heard anything from him/her until this point. It passed one week since I requested the shipping. Please let me know when you did it. I cannot wait any longer. Please ship it according to what we talked on the phone yesterday.

I am asked to give the information by forwarding agent, which is essential to ship to Japan. I also need EIN code. In case you are not taking care of this case I will have to send it back to you.
