また、9月5日に注文した商品のインボイスをまだ受け取っていません。9月5日と9月9日注文分は既に出荷してくれたのでしょうか。これらの注文のインボイスをメールで送ってくれませんか？
最近、商品の出荷に少し時間がかかっているようですが、以前のように注文したその日か次の日までに出荷してもらうことは難しいのでしょうか？
