あなたが指摘している通りGoogle Analyticsだと正しく計測することができません。
おそらく下記の解析ツールで正しく計測することができます。無料だと思います。
※私は英語圏の人間ではないので同じ製品の他の言語のバージョンを使ってます。

自分が計測した感想としてはIEとスマートフォンユーザーの滞在時間が極端に短いです。
IEは前から言っているようにバグがあるからですね。

As you have pointed out, we can’t get accurate measurement with Google Analytics.
Probably, the following analysis tool will give you the correct measurement. I think it’s free.
*As I’m not from an English-speaking country, I’m using a different language version of the same product.

My impression after measuring myself is that IE and smartphone users staying time is very short.
As I have said before, IE has bugs.
