Apology regardig delay of sending the item

We were supposed to send the item on July 29th, but we sent it on August 3rd today.
The reason is that the label of adress was mixed up at post office by mistake,
and it was sent to the country of other customer.
We received the item immediately and sent it to you.
We are sorry to have given an inconvenience to you who is looking forward to receiving the item.
We send a present to you as our apology.
