商品を買ったお客さんから、いつ届くか聞かれますが、我々ははっきりと答えられず困っています。
中には1カ月以上待たせてしまい、日本に商品が到着してからキャンセルとなってしまうケースもあります。
我々は、スムーズに取引するために、納期がかかる商品の販売はやめようと検討しています。
コレクションによって在庫が差がある場合は、在庫が豊富なものとそうでないものを教えて下さい。
また、我々が商品ごとの納期を知ることが出来る一番良い方法は何でしょうか？今よりスムーズに取引できる方法を教えて下さい。

We are always asked by customers who purchase an item, but we are at a loss as we cannot answer it clearly.

In some cases, they have to wait for more than 1 month, and they cancel it after we receive
the item in Japan.

As we would like to trade smoothly, we are considering stopping the sales of items that requires long time to deliver.
If there is a difference among inventories by connections, please let us know the one which has abundant inventory and the one which does not have abundant one.
What is the best way that we can find a delivery period by item?
