商品を買ったお客さんから、いつ届くか聞かれますが、我々ははっきりと答えられず困っています。
中には1カ月以上待たせてしまい、日本に商品が到着してからキャンセルとなってしまうケースもあります。
我々は、スムーズに取引するために、納期がかかる商品の販売はやめようと検討しています。
コレクションによって在庫が差がある場合は、在庫が豊富なものとそうでないものを教えて下さい。
また、我々が商品ごとの納期を知ることが出来る一番良い方法は何でしょうか？今よりスムーズに取引できる方法を教えて下さい。

Often times our customers with order ask about the expected delivery schedule, but we have hard time answering to them.
In some cases, the delivery would take over a month which ended up being cancelled after the merchandise arrived to Japan.
In order for our smooth transaction, we are planning to withdraw from selling merchandises with long leadtime.
If the leadtime varies depending on the collections, please advise which ones have more inventory and what not.
Also, please advise what would be the best way for us to know the leadtime per merchandise? We would like to know the better way to do our transactions smoothly.
