私は現在、上記の知的財産権の侵害でamazonヨーロッパでの販売が停止されています。

今後は、一切御社の商品をamazonに出品しないことを誓い、その旨を 御社のヨーロッパ担当者様である〇〇様にメールを数回送りましたが、全く連絡が取れなく今現在に至っています。

このまま販売停止の状態が続くと大変困リますので、お手数ですがアマゾンへのクレームの撤回をお願いできませんでしょうか？　どうかご協力をお願い致します。
