パーツの壊れと、一部パーツが欠品して届きました。
返品して新しい商品が届きました。
ですが、またパーツが欠品して届きました。
何度も同じミスをしないでください。
パーツの欠品と返品にかかった送料をメールしました。
返品の送料は負担してくれると約束してくれていたので
17ドル返金してくれましたが、パーツの欠品に対しての返事が返ってきません。
返事が返ってこないので異議申し立てをさせていただきます。
商品代金の半分を返金していただけませんか？
また返品するのが大変です。
それで納得します。

I have received the item which parts were damaged/missed.
I returned the item and received a new one.
However the item was delivered with a missing part again.
Please don't repeat the same old mistake.
I have emailed the shipping fees I covered for the missing parts and item return.
Although you promised you would cover those return shipment fees,
I have only received $17 refund, but I have not heard from you about the refund for the missing part.
I am going to file a claim for not receiving your reply.
Would you please issue me a refund for a half of the merchandise fee?
Returning the item is time consuming.
If you accept the refund, I will agree with your resolution.
