返品して新しい商品が届きました。
ですが、またパーツが欠品して届きました。
何度も同じミスをしないでください。
パーツの欠品と返品にかかった送料をメールしました。
返品の送料は負担してくれると約束してくれていたので
17ドル返金してくれましたが、パーツの欠品に対しての返事が返ってきません。
返事が返ってこないので異議申し立てをさせていただきます。
商品代金の半分を返金していただけませんか？
また返品するのが大変です。
