guaranteeは誰かが保証する意味になるので、「確実」とはいえ通例の話をしているので違ってきます。正解はひとつではないので、一例ですが、通常XXである、のなかで最も確度の高いmost likelyを使ってみました。
君の国の郵便局しだいのくだりは意味が変わってしまっているので直しました。
