私は○○で携帯電話を購入したが送られてきたものは全て
注文品とは異なるものだった。
私は代替品を送るように要求したが彼らはこれを無視した。
彼らは「全て返品してくれ。そうすれば返金に応じる」の一点張り
なので私は指示通りの住所へ購入品を全て返品した。
（彼らがそれらを受け取った事はトラッキングナンバーから確認済み）
が、彼らは一向に返金に応じてくれない。
今現在、コチラからの返金要求は全て無視されている。

I purchased the mobile through XX, but what I have received is definitly different.
I asked for exchange but he ignored me.
He said, " Return me all the product. Then we will pay you refund"
So I shipped what I have purchased to the address they pointed.
( I confirmed that the product had reached by tracking number)
But they haven't get me refund.
And now, they ignore me.
