ここにいる皆さんは、営業だと思いますが、
営業の仕事をしていると、絶対に“避けては通れない事”がありますよね?
何だと思いますか?
それは、お客様からの、クレームです。
皆さん、クレームやトラブルは嫌ですか?
誰だって、お客様からのお叱りは、本当に嫌です。
もちろん、私も今まで様々なクレームとトラブルを経験してきました。
クレーム処理は確かに大変です。ですが、同時にチャンスでもあるんですよ!
たとえば、お客様から「ここの翻訳の文章は、直訳すぎる。もっと目を惹く翻訳の文章にしてほしかった。

a を外して一般的なcomplaintにしました。本当は複数形が一番自然ですが、一文目がThere IS だったので、aを外すという選択肢をとりました。
