商品誤配送の件で、ご迷惑をお掛けしまして誠に申し訳ございません。確認しましたところ、別のバイヤーへ本商品が配送されていることが判明いたしました。現在商品を返送依頼しており、到着次第そちらに送らせていただこうと思いますが、商品到着までに、合計で本日よりさらに2-3週間かかってしまうことが予想されます。
かなりお時間を頂いてしまいますので、ご相談ですが、このまま2-3週間お待ちいただくか、一旦お取引をキャンセルさせていたく方法もありますが、いかがいたしましょうか？
