いま、私たちは毎日の忙しさや、やることに追われて、ただ漠然と毎日が過ぎていってしまってないだろうか。
仕事を通して将来どういう風に自分がなっていたいか、またはなりたいか、という明確なビジョンが必要である。
それは、何かをするときに目的を持って始める人と、ただ何も考えずに始めてしまう人とでは、結果の出方が、まるで違うということだ。
仕事においては、特に明確な、なりたい自分、達成したい目標を持つことが重要である。

We tend to let the days pass by, engulfed in our schedule and to-do lists.
However, each of us needs a clear vision of where we want our careers to take us, or what kind of person you would like to become through the course of your career.
The outcomes will be enormously different between those who start with a clear objective, and those who do not.
Especially in our careers, it is essential that each of us has a vision of who we want to be, and what goals we want to achieve.
