7/25に送ったメールは見て頂けましたか？返信がなく心配でしたので、再度メール致します。

7/15に発注した商品はまだ届いていないのですが、7/17に発注した商品は既に直送でお客様の所へ届いています。17日より先に頼んだ15日分がまだ届かないというのはどういう事か説明して下さい。
7/15と7/24に発注した商品はもう発送して頂けましたか？いつ発送したか教えて下さい。
