Please send your item insured and via a trackable method. Once you let us know the tracking number on your return, we will refund your money, less the 10% restocking fee as described in our return policy.


Please also include a copy of your packing slip. On the outside of the package, write the number (12183). That is your RMA number, and we will not be able to process your return without it.


Once an RMA is issued, you have 10 days to return the product to us. RMAs must be valid, unexpired, and issued for the product being returned Please feel free to let us know when this has been dropped off with the tracking number.

あなたの商品に保険をかけて追跡可能な方法で発送してください。追跡番号のご連絡を返信頂ければ、返金いたしますが金額は返品ポリシーに則り在庫補充手数料の10％を差し引いたものになります。

梱包伝票のコピーも同封してください。梱包の外面に番号「12183」を明記してください。これがお客様のRMA番号となり、この番号がないと当方で処理することができません。

RMAが一度発行されると、お客様の商品返品期間が10に設定されます。RMAには有効で期限内の、なおかつ返品されてくる商品に対して発行されます。追跡番号がついていない場合はご都合のよろしいときにご連絡をお願い致します。
