「私の返品した商品を間違って送ってくれました。」の一文が文全体になじむようにもう少しアレンジして頂くと興味深い和訳になると思います。
文末のAdriano faithはAdriano Faith, または和訳にあるとおりfaithの頭文字が小文字であったことから敬具といったご挨拶を締めくくる表現なのかなと考えました。良い勉強になりました。
