Additional info: ワンピースを購入しましたが1サイズ大きなものが届いてしまいました。返品するので返金して欲しいという内容で一度メールをしましたが、ドレスのお直し代として一部返金の提案をされています。
こちらとしては、全額返金をお願いしたいという内容のメールになります。宜しくお願い致します。
