I have duly confirmed the item prior to shipment.
In order for us to understand the whole situation, please return the item to us.
We have also submitted the investigation request to the delivery company.

Also, please notify the delivery company that the delivered item was damaged (a damage report).

That way, we could issue a refund smoothly.
