先日購入した商品ですが、初期不良と思われる現象が発生しています。
お手数ですが、交換もしくは返品等の対応をお願いできませんでしょうか？

　電源コードを接続し、スイッチを入れてもLEDが点灯せず、予熱もされない状態です。
　ABS、PLAのいずれのスイッチでも同様で、コンセントを代えるなどしても、まった
く動作しません。
　同時に２つ購入していますが、片方は問題ありません。１つだけ問題が発生している
状況です。

Regarding the product I purchased the other day, it has exhibited a fault.

When the electric cord is connected, and powered ON the LED does not light nor does the unit get warm.
Both the ABS and PLA switches are the same, even when I switch power points, it makes no difference.
I purchased 2 at the same time, the other one is fine, only one is faulty.
