先日購入した商品ですが、初期不良と思われる現象が発生しています。
お手数ですが、交換もしくは返品等の対応をお願いできませんでしょうか？

　電源コードを接続し、スイッチを入れてもLEDが点灯せず、予熱もされない状態です。
　ABS、PLAのいずれのスイッチでも同様で、コンセントを代えるなどしても、まった
く動作しません。
　同時に２つ購入していますが、片方は問題ありません。１つだけ問題が発生している
状況です。

Regarding the item I purchased the other day, I am facing an issue with symptoms which could be of the intial defect. Sorry to trouble you, but could I ask for replacement/return of the item?

When I hook up the power cable and turn on the switch, the LED is neither lit nor warmed up. I have tried to replace the power cable for ABS and PLA, however neither switches worked.
I bought two items simultaneously, but one still works fine. The only other one is with the issue.
