先日購入した商品ですが、初期不良と思われる現象が発生しています。
お手数ですが、交換もしくは返品等の対応をお願いできませんでしょうか？

　電源コードを接続し、スイッチを入れてもLEDが点灯せず、予熱もされない状態です。
　ABS、PLAのいずれのスイッチでも同様で、コンセントを代えるなどしても、まった
く動作しません。
　同時に２つ購入していますが、片方は問題ありません。１つだけ問題が発生している
状況です。

Defect: Plug the cable, and turn it on, but LED does not appear, pre-heating does not work. I checked ABS and PLA but the situation did not improve. I changed the electric source but not working.
I purchased two of them at the same time, but the other one is working fine. Only one is with the problem.
