公演終了後にインフォメーションセンターにご連絡いただいても、事実確認ができませんので、対応できません。

- In case your ticket being lost, our information centre can reissue neither the ticket nor purchase certificate. Please be sure to take care of your ticket at your own responsibility.
- Any troubles occurred at the date and venue of the show, please negotiate with the person in charge of the show on site and resolve the issue at your end. We cannot deal with your claim if you called the information centre after the show for being unable to confirm the actual situation of the issue.
