通常ならアメリカまでは発送から１～２週間で到着しますが、通関で検査対象になったり、輸送の遅延など、私たちが関与できない事柄が原因で遅配することがあります。

Your luggage has been shipped already.
Generally it should arrive in the US within a week or two, however it may delay due to the custom inspection, transportation delay, or other situations beyond our control.
Assuming the above mentioned to happen, this is how we set our leadtime and hope this explains.
Also, please contact to USPS with the notified tacking number in any event when your ordered item was not delivered to you 3 weeks after the order date.
